RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0132 (Sponsor: Committee on Police, Fire and Public Safety) "A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE VALIDITY AND ENFORCEABILITY OF BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 02 SERIES OF 2019 OF BARANGAY BULATOK, THIS CITY, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE AND OPERATION OF VIDEOKE AND KARAOKE MACHINES AND OTHER SIMILAR AMPLIFIED AUDIO SOUND DEVICES IN BARANGAY BULATOK, ALLOWING THE USE FROM 10:00 A.M. TILL 9:00 P.M. ONLY AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" AND DECLARING THE SAME TO BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Bulatok, this City, enacted Barangay Ordinance No. 02, s. 2019, entitled: "An Ordinance Regulating the Use and Operation of Videoke and Karaoke Machines and Other Similar Amplified Audio Sound Devices in Barangay Bulatok, Allowing the Use From 10:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m. Only and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof and for Other Purposes" and submitted the same to this august body pursuant to the provisions of R.A. 7160 for review and confirmation; WHEREAS, the Committee on Police, Fire and Public Safety to which the Barangay Ordinance was referred for evaluation, found the same in order in form and in substance and thus, recommended for its confirmation, which recommendation this body supports; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, be it RESOLVED to confirm, as this body hereby confirms the validity and enforceability of Barangay Ordinance No. 02 Series of 2019 of Barangay Bulatok, entitled: "An Ordinance Regulating the Use and Operation of Videoke and Karaoke Machines and Other Similar Amplified Audio Sound Devices in Barangay Bulatok, Allowing the Use From 10:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m. Only and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof and for Other Purposes," and declaring the same to be in full force and effect; RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished the Sangguniang Barangay of Bulatok through its Punong Barangay; and others concerned for their information and guidance.
