RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0127 (Sponsor: Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION ADVISING THE BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF GUBANG TO TAKE NOTE AND ADHERE TO THE OBSERVATIONS AS CONTAINED IN THE ANNUAL AUDIT REPORT OF THE COMMISSION ON AUDIT FOR THE YEARS ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2016, 2017 AND 2018 AND TO STRICTLY COMPLY WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS STIPULATED THEREIN" WHEREAS, the City Auditor furnished this august body with a report of its findings and recommendations with reference to the financial operation of Barangay Gubang, this City, for the years ended December 31, 2016, 2017 and 2018; WHEREAS, this body deems it most appropriate to urge the said barangay to take note and adhere to the audit observations and comply with the recommendations therein to uphold the interest of the government particularly in the management of their funds; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to advise, as this body hereby advises the Barangay Government of Gubang to take note and adhere to the observations as contained in the Annual Audit Report of the Commission on Audit for the years ended December 31, 2016, 2017 and 2018 and to strictly comply with the recommendations stipulated therein. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Gubang, thru the Barangay Chairman, for consideration and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
