Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION CONSIDERING THE PARTICIPATION/ATTENDANCE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE 13th CITY COUNCIL TO THE FORMULATION OF THE EXECUTIVE-LEGISLATIVE AGENDA (ELA) OF THE CITY OF PAGADIAN FOR CALENDAR YEARS 2019-2022 ON SEPTEMBER 2006-10, 2019 AT MIDAS HOTEL, MANILA, AS AN OFFICIAL UNDERTAKING OF THE BODY IN LIEU OF ITS SCHEDULED SESSION FOR THE WEEK THEREBY, IN EFFECT, RESETTING THE 9TH REGULAR SESSION TO SEPTEMBER 18, 2019" WHEREAS, the members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod together with the Honorable City Mayor and all the chiefs/heads of the different offices of the City Government are scheduled to attend and participate the formulation of the Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) of the City of Pagadian for Calendar Years 2019-2022 on September 2006-10, 2019 at Midas Hotel, Manila; WHEREAS, considering the foregoing activity to be equally important and with great relevance to the discharge of the official duties and responsibilities of local legislators, the attendance and participation of the members of the 13th City Council to the said activity is imperative necessary, hence, the body deems it appropriate to consider the said activity as an official undertaking in lieu of its scheduled session which, therefore, necessitate the resetting of the 9th Regular Session to September 18, 2019; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to consider, as this body hereby considers the participation/attendance of the members of the 13th City Council to the formulation of the Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) of the City of Pagadian for Calendar Year 2019-2022 on September 2006-10, 2019 at Midas Hotel, Manila, as an official undertaking of the body in lieu of its scheduled session for the week; RESOLVED, FURTHER, to reset the scheduled 9th Regular Session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod (13th City Council) on September 11, 2019 to September 18, 2019.
