RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0121 (Sponsor: Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron) "A RESOLUTION REITERATING THE REQUEST OF THE 13TH CITY COUNCIL TO THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR, AS ENUNCIATED IN ITS RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0086, TO CONVENE THE PAGADIAN CITY HOUSING BOARD, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, IN PURSUANCE TO THE MANDATE OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2017-383" WHEREAS, prompted by urgent necessity to act on the continued proliferation of informal settlers in the city vis-a-vis the establishment and development of relocation sites where they can be relocated and transferred, this body enacted Resolution No. 2019-0086 to request the Honorable City Mayor to convene the City's Local Housing Board as soon as possible; WHEREAS, given the urgency and importance of such intention and, having no information of the action taken thereon, this body deems it appropriate and in order to reiterate the said request; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to reiterate, as this body hereby reiterates the request of the 13th City Council to the Honorable City Mayor, as enunciated in its Resolution No. 2019-0086, to convene the Pagadian City Housing Board, as soon as possible, in pursuance to the mandate of City Ordinance No. 2017-383. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copy of this Resolution be furnished the Honorable City Mayor, for information, guidance and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
