RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0112 (Sponsor: Committee on Games, Amusements and Sports) "A RESOLUTION ALLOWING SOUTHERN MINDANAO COLLEGES TO USE THE TRACK AND FIELD OF THE PAGADIAN CITY OVAL GROUND ON SEPTEMBER 2025-27, 2019 TO FACILITATE THE HOLDING OF THEIR ANNUAL SCHOOL INTRAMURALS, SUBJECT TO THE PRESENT AND EXISTING CONDITION OF THE CITY OVAL" WHEREAS, the Southern Mindanao Colleges will be holding its Annual College and High School Intramurals on September 2025-27, 2019, and for which, Prof. Victor M. Asuelo, Director, Student and Alumni Affairs, sought permission, by way of a letter, from the City Government to use the city oval grounds for the purpose; WHEREAS, the body, based on the favorable recommendation of the Committee on Games, Amusements and Sports, to which the matter was initially referred, finds the request meritorious and thus worthy of its approval, provided that the provisions of City Ordinance No. 2006-252, governing the use of such facility shall be strictly adhered and complied with as well as the said institution likewise consider the present situation and condition of the said facility; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to allow, as this body hereby allows Southern Mindanao Colleges to use the track and field of the Pagadian City Oval Ground on September 2025-27, 2019 to facilitate the holding of their Annual School Intramurals, subject to the present and existing condition of the city oval. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, this City; to Prof. Victor M. Asuelo, Director, Student and Alumni Affairs; and others concerned for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
