RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0108 (Sponsor: Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION ALLOWING THE SAINT COLUMBAN COLLEGE-ROTC UNIT TO USE THE PAGADIAN CITY SPORTS OVAL GROUNDS FOR THE CONDUCT OF ITS RESERVE OFFICER TRAINING CORPS (ROTC) AND CADET OFFICER QUALIFYING COURSE (COQC) ON AUGUST 31, 2019, FROM 6:30 A.M. TO 12:00 P.M., SUBJECT TO THE PRESENT AND EXISTING CONDITION OF THE SAID FACILITY" WHEREAS, the Saint College ROTC Unit, by way of a letter-request from Ms. Maricel R. Galea, Chief Clerk, sought permission from the City Government to use the City Sports Oval Grounds on August 31, 2019 so as to facilitate the conduct of their Reserve Training Officer Corps and Cadet Officer Qualifying Course from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; WHEREAS, in view of the proximity of the said request and following the favorable endorsement made by the Vice Chairperson of the Committee on Games, Amusements and Sports, this body finds it prim and proper to approve such request, subject to the present and existing condition of the facility; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronal Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to allow, as this body hereby allows the Saint Columban College-ROTC Unit to use the Pagadian City Sports Oval Grounds for the conduct of its Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) and Cadet Officer Qualifying Course (COQC) on August 31, 2019, from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., subject to the present and existing condition of the said facility. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, the City Treasurer, the City Police Office, the City General Services Officer, and Ms. Maricel R.
