RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0107 (Sponsor: Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HONORABLE CITY MAYOR SAMUEL S. CO TO ENTER, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE RURAL BANK OF RIZAL (ZN) INCORPORATED-PAGADIAN BRANCH WITH REFERENCE TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SALARY LOAN PROGRAM FOR ALL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, in view of the offer of Rural Bank of Rizal (ZN) Incorporated, to extend financial assistance to all officials and employees of the City Government of Pagadian under its Salary Loan Program, the Honorable City Mayor signified intention to avail of such offer as he favorably endorsed to this august body the draft Memorandum of Agreement with a further request for an authority to enter into the same; WHEREAS, the body, finding the loan program offered by such financial institution to be beneficial to the city officials and employees and, after thorough deliberation thereof, deems it in order to grant the City Chief Executive such authority to enter into such deed for and in behalf of the City Government; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronal Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co to enter, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Rural Bank of Rizal (ZN) Incorporated-Pagadian Branch with reference to the implementation of the Salary Loan Program for all officials and employees of the City Government of Pagadian. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for information and immediate favorable action; the City Legal Officer; and the Rural Bank of Rizal (ZN) Inc. through its Branch Manager, this City, for their information and guidance.
