RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0096 (Sponsor: Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION ALLOWING THE SANTA LUCIA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO USE THE PAGADIAN CITY SPORTS OVAL GROUNDS FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE SCHOOL'S ANNUAL SPORTS INTRAMURALS ON AUGUST 2029-31, 2019, SUBJECT TO THE PRESENT AND EXISTING CONDITION OF THE FACILITY" WHEREAS, the Santa Lucia National High School, by way of a letter request from Mr. Dennis Don J. Paulo, School's Sports Coordinator, sought the permission of the City Government to utilize the City Sports Oval Ground on August 2029-31, 2019 so as to facilitate the conduct of the institution's annual sports intramurals; WHEREAS, due to the proximity of the foregoing request, the Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Games, Amusements and Sports favorably recommended approval of the request subject to the present and existing condition of the said facility, which recommendation subsequently merited the concurrence of the body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to allow, as this body hereby allows the Santa Lucia National High School to use the Pagadian City Sports Oval grounds for the conduct of the school's Annual Sports Intramurals on August 2029-31, 2019, subject to the present and existing condition of the facility. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co; the City Treasurer; the City Police Office; the City General Services Officer; and the Santa Lucia National High School through Mr. Dennis Don J.
