RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0089 (Sponsor: Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO GRANT MONTHLY HONORARIUM OF SIX THOUSAND (P6,000.00) PESOS EACH TO POLICE PATROLMAN NORMAN B. ORDENIZA AND PRIVATE FIRST CLASS NOAH T. ABDULGANI, (INF) PA, SECURITY ON DETAIL TO THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR, CHARGEABLE AGAINST APPROPRIATE FUND SOURCES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT" WHEREAS, Police Patrolman Norman B. Ordeniza and Private First Class Noah T. Abdulgani, (INF) PA, have been assigned and on detail as VIP Escorts to the Honorable City Mayor and has, in fact, performed their task satisfactorily; WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of R.A. 7160, it is within the authority of the City Chief Executive to provide additional allowance and other benefits out of the financial resources of the City Government to national government personnel assigned to, and actually performing duties within the City Government, thus, a request for authority from this Sanggunian to extend monthly allowance of P6,000.00 each to the afore-mentioned law enforcers has been sought; WHEREAS, this body, understanding the necessity of the said request to, at least, offset their demanding but challenging services, deems it reasonable and justifiable to grant the requested monthly allowance; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to grant monthly honorarium of Six Thousand (P6,000.00) Pesos each to Police Patrolman Norman B. Ordeniza and Private First Class Noah T. Abdulgani, (INF) PA, security on detail to the Office of the City Mayor, chargeable against appropriate fund sources of the City Government. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished to the City Budget Officer, the City Accountant, the City Treasurer, and the City Auditor, for their reference; and to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S.
