RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0086 (Sponsor: Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron) "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HONORABLE CITY MAYOR SAMUEL S. CO, IN HIS OFFICIAL CAPACITY AS CHAIRMAN OF THE LOCAL HOUSING BOARD OF PAGADIAN CITY, TO CONVENE THE BOARD AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE IN PURSUANCE TO THE MANDATE OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2017-383" WHEREAS, along with the information on the scheduled caravan of the Presidential Commission on Urban Poor (PCUP) in the City of Pagadian on 30 August 2019, it is the desire of the members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod (13th City Council) to have a better view and understanding of the different issues and concerns surrounding the local housing/shelter programs of the government; WHEREAS, for the Sangguniang Panlungsod Members to be apprised of such condition, this body deems it imperative to have the Local Housing Board convened as soon as practicable in pursuance to the mandate of City Ordinance No. 2017-383; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to request, as this body hereby requests Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co, in his official capacity as Chairman of the Local Housing Board of Pagadian City, to convene the board as soon as practicable in pursuance to the mandate of City Ordinance No. 2017-383. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for information and immediate favorable consideration. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
