Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION ALLOWING THE SAINT COLUMBAN COLLEGE-ROTC UNIT TO USE THE PAGADIAN CITY SPORTS OVAL GROUNDS FOR THE CONDUCT OF ITS RESERVE OFFICER TRAINING CORPS (ROTC) AND CADET OFFICER QUALIFYING COURSE (COQC) ON AUGUST 17, 18, 24, 25, 2019, FROM 6:30 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M., SUBJECT TO THE STRICT OBSERVANCE AND COMPLIANCE OF THE PERTINENT PROVISIONS OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2006-252" WHEREAS, the Saint College ROTC Unit, by way of a letter-request from Ms. Maricel R. Galea, Chief Clerk, sought permission from the City Government to use the City Sports Oval Grounds on September 17, 18, 24, 25, 2019 so as to facilitate the conduct of their Reserve Training Officer Corps and Cadet Officer Qualifying Course from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; WHEREAS, in view of the exigency of the said request and upon distinguishing the availability of the facility during the period requested, it is most proper to approve such request on condition that the Institution should strictly adhere to the pertinent policies, guidelines and regulations under City Ordinance No. 2006-252 governing the use of the facility, which opinion subsequently merited the concurrence of the body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to allow, as this body hereby allows the Saint Columban College ROTC Unit to use the City Sports Oval for the conduct of its Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) and Cadet Officer Qualifying Course (COQC) on August 17, 18, 24, 25, 2019, from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., subject to the strict observance and compliance of the pertinent provisions of City Ordinance No. 2006-252. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, the City Treasurer, the City Police Office, the City General Services Officer, and Ms. Maricel R.
