Co) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF THE SAINT COLUMBAN COLLEGE-ROTC UNIT TO USE THE PAGADIAN CITY SPORTS COMPLEX OVAL GROUND ON AUGUST 2010-11, 2019 IN CONNECTION WITH ITS RESERVE OFFICER TRAINING CORPS (ROTC) AND CADET OFFICER QUALIFYING COURSE (COQC) FROM 6:30 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M., SUBJECT TO THE STRICT COMPLIANCE AND ADHERENCE TO THE POLICIES AND GUIDELINES FOR THE PROPER UTILIZATION OF THE CITY'S SPORTS COMPLEX AS ENUNCIATED UNDER CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2006-252" WHEREAS, the Saint Columban College, through a letter from Ms. Maricel R. Galea, Chief Clerk, dated 06 August 2019, requested permission to utilize the City Sports oval on August 2010-11, 2019 so as to facilitate the holding of various activities relative to its Reserve Officers Training Course and Cadet Officer Qualifying Course from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; WHEREAS, this body, considering the proximity of the request and, following the favorable recommendation of the Chairperson of the Committee on Games, Amusements and Sports, deems it in order to approve the same provided that the requesting party shall maintain cleanliness and orderliness as well as strictly adhere to and observe the pertinent policies and guidelines set forth by the City Government under City Ordinance No. 2006-252; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the request of the Saint Columban College-ROTC Unit to use the Pagadian City Sports Complex Oval grounds on August 2010-11, 2019 in connection with its Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) and Cadet Officer Qualifying Course (COQC) from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., subject to the strict compliance and adherence to the policies and guidelines for the proper utilization of the city's sports complex as enunciated under City Ordinance No. 2006-252. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, the City Treasurer's Office, the City Police Office, the City General Services Office, The Saint Columban College through Ms. Maricel R.
