RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0066 (Sponsor: Committee on Health and Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 01 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2019-421, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING VARIOUS PERSONNEL POSITIONS UNDER THE PAGADIAN CITY INFIRMARY; SETTING THE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS; DEFINING THE DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THESE POSITIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES"" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 01 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 01 on Third Reading and Ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2019-421, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating Various Personnel Positions Under the Pagadian City Infirmary; Setting the Qualification Requirements; Defining the Duties, Functions and Responsibilities of These Positions; and For Other Purposes.
