RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0065 (Sponsor: Committee on Health and Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 01, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING VARIOUS PERSONNEL POSITIONS UNDER THE PAGADIAN CITY INFIRMARY; SETTING THE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS; DEFINING THE DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THESE POSITIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES", ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 01-the passage and consideration of which was favorably recommended by the Committee on Health & Social Services upon which the matter referred for preliminary evaluation, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, on second reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment and further consideration on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 01, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating Various Personnel Positions Under the Pagadian City Infirmary; Setting the Qualification Requirements; Defining the Duties, Functions and Responsibilities of These Positions; and For Other Purposes", on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
