"A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GRANT OF MONTHLY HONORARIUM TO CERTAIN COMMISSIONED AND NON-COMMISSIONED POLICE OFFICERS ASSIGNED AT THE PAGADIAN CITY POLICE OFFICE, AND SETTING THE AMOUNT OF ALLOWANCE AS SPECIFIED HEREUNDER"

WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor, consistent with its thrust to uphold and preserve the peaceful and orderly situation of the city and to further encourage the law enforcers to actively campaign against all forms of criminality, has favorably endorsed the letter-request of the Pagadian City Police Director for the provision of monthly allowance/honorarium to specified Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Police Officers assigned and actually rendering services to the city for this body's appropriate consideration;

 WHEREAS, this august body, upon careful perusal and evaluation and knowing that the City Government had been granting, since the past, additional allowances to national government officials and employees assigned and stationed in the city including police officers pursuant to the provision of the Local Government Code particularly sub-paragraph (xi) of Paragraph (1), Article 99 of its Implementing Rules and Regulations, when its finances warrant, deems it prim and proper to accord the specified police officers of such financial grant;

 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, be it 

RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the grant of monthly honorarium to the following Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Police Officers assigned at the Pagadian City Police Office and setting the amount of allowance, viz:
