RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0053 (Sponsor: Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RESETTING OF THE SCHEDULE OF THE 5th REGULAR SESSION OF THE 13TH CITY COUNCIL TO AUGUST 7, 2019" WHEREAS, there are numerous legislative concerns presently pending with the body which need urgent and priority attention by the concerned Committees to which the same were referred for evaluation and such other procedural requirements in legislation; WHEREAS, to accord the standing committees of the body enough time to come up with their recommendations following the conduct of committee meetings and/or public hearing for such purpose as well as attend to the members' other obligations as city government officials, the resetting and rescheduling of the session is most appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy and seconded by all members present, it was RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the resetting of the schedule of the 5th Regular Session of the 13th City Council to August 7, 2019.
