QUIPOT VI AS CITY GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD I (CITY ADMINISTRATOR) EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2019" WHEREAS, Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co appointed Engr. Joseph Isaias M. Quipot VI as City Government Department Head I, with the specific designation of City Administrator (Salary Grade 25/1), effective July 1, 2019 and submitted the foregoing appointment papers to this august body for confirmation in accordance with the mandate of R.A. 7160 particularly Article 119 thereof; WHEREAS, the body, after preliminary scrutiny of the appointment and pertinent documents submitted and the subsequent evaluation of the appointee's supervisory experience and fitness to handle the responsibilities of the office, finds the appointee to have met the qualifications for the position and his track record in public service merits the confirmation sought for as required by law; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to confirm, as this body hereby confirms the appointment of Engr. Joseph Isaias M. Quipot VI as City Government Department Head I (City Administrator) effective July 1, 2019. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Provincial Director, Civil Service Commission through the City Human Resource Management Division, Office of the City Administrator; to Engr.
