RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0031 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Police, Fire and Public Safety and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION STRONGLY RECOMMENDING TO HIS HONOR, CITY MAYOR SAMUEL S. CO, THE ALLOCATION AND/OR PROVISION OF THE VACANT OFFICE SPACE ADJACENT TO THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD BUILDING PARTICULARLY THE AREA VACATED BY THE CITY DISASTER RISKS REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE-AS THE OFFICE OF THE PHILIPPINE NAVY, NAVAL RESERVE CENTER-WESTERN MINDANAO IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, the Philippine Navy, Naval Reserve Center-Western Mindanao through LCDR Rogelio S. Balderamos, by way of a letter addressed to the Honorable City Mayor, sought for an available office space where they can hold regular office in order to fully execute their mandated missions and assignments; WHEREAS, finding urgency and importance in the foregoing request, this body, following the information provided by the concerned Committee-to which the matter was referred for initial evaluation and consideration-that the office space adjacent to the Sangguniang Panlungsod building is now available and vacant, deems it appropriate to recommend the allocation and/or provision of the said area as the office of the Philippine Navy, Naval Reserve Center-Western Mindanao; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, be it RESOLVED to strongly recommend, as this body hereby strongly recommends to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, the allocation and/or provision of the vacant office space adjacent to the Sangguniang Panlungsod building particularly the area vacated by the City Disaster Risks Reduction and Management Office-as the office of the Philippine Navy, Naval Reserve Center-Western Mindanao in the City of Pagadian. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his preferential consideration and favorable action; and CMDR. Rogelio S.
