Fernandez) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 001, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING VARIOUS PERSONNEL POSITIONS UNDER THE PAGADIAN CITY HOSPITAL; SETTING THE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS; DEFINING THE DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THESE POSITIONS; AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR" ON FIRST READING AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON SECOND READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 001 finds the measure very relevant in upgrading the quality of the basic and essential medical services being provided by the City Government and most applicable for an effective and efficient operation of the Pagadian City Hospital located at Barangay Danlugan, this City; WHEREAS, based on the foregoing statement, this body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Second Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 001, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating Various Personnel Positions under the Pagadian City Hospital; Setting the Qualification Requirements; Defining the Duties, Functions and Responsibilities of these Positions; and providing funds therefor" on First Reading and for its consideration on Second Reading.
