Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON FIRST READING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 01, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF FORTY-TWO MILLION (P42,000.000.00) PESOS AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION PURSUANT TO THE CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR SPECIFIED PRIORITY PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" AND SCHEDULING THE SAME FOR SECOND READING" WHEREAS, Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring the Sum of Forty-Two Million (P42,000.000.00) pesos as available for appropriation pursuant to the certification issued by the Local Finance Committee and Appropriating the Same Amount for Specified Priority Programs, Projects and Expenditures of the City Government of Pagadian" was submitted for consideration to this august body; WHEREAS, such proposed legislation merits the support of this body for the furtherance of the City Government's vital plans and projects; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on First Reading Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring the Sum of Forty-Two Million (P42,000.000.00) pesos as available for appropriation pursuant to the certification issued by the Local Finance Committee and Appropriating the Same Amount for Specified Priority Programs, Projects and Expenditures of the City Government of Pagadian" and scheduling the same for second reading.
