Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RECONSTITUTION AND REORGANIZATION OF THE COMPOSITION OF THE PERSONNEL SELECTION/PROMOTION BOARD OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AS ENUNCIATED UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 1, SERIES OF 2019" WHEREAS, with the assumption to office of the new administration effective 01 July 2019, Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co issued Executive Order No. 01, series of 2019, entitled: "An Executive Order Reconstituting the Personnel Selection/Promotion Board of the City of Pagadian," and forwarded the same to this Sanggunian for confirmation; WHEREAS, given this new development, the body, finding urgency and importance of the foregoing concern, deems it prim and proper to support the reorganization and reconstitution of the composition of the Personnel Selection/Promotion Board of the City of Pagadian, hence this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to confirm, as this body hereby confirms the reconstitution and reorganization of the composition of the Personnel Selection/Promotion Board of the City Government of Pagadian as enunciated under Executive Order No. 01, series of 2019. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co; and to the City Administrator, Engr. Joseph Isaias M.
