Pameron) "A RESOLUTION JOINTLY REFERRING TO THE COMMITTEE ON WAYS AND MEANS; COMMITTEE ON LAWS, RULES AND POLICY FORMULATION; AND COMMITTEE ON COMMERCE, TRADE AND INDUSTRY AND ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE & COOPERATIVES THE MATTER CONCERNING THE OPERATION OF THE PAGADIAN CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3) AND, FOR THE SAID COMMITTEES TO UNDERTAKE THE NECESSARY STUDY AND REVIEW THE EXISTING POLICIES AND GUIDELINES GOVERNING THE OPERATION OF SUCH FACILITY" WHEREAS, upon the assumption of the new set of City Council (13th City Council) last 01 July 2019, it cannot be denied that majority of its members are unaware and unfamiliar of the essential workings in the Pagadian City Commercial Center (C3)-an income generating facility of the City Government of Pagadian; WHEREAS, to apprise the body of the existing policies and guidelines governing the management and operation of the City Commercial Center (C3), it is thus necessary to commission the concerned Committees to undertake the necessary review and evaluation of all available policies, hence this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to jointly refer, as this body hereby jointly refers to the Committee on Ways and Means; Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation; and Committee on Commerce, Trade and Industry and Economic Enterprise the matter concerning the operation of the City Commercial Center (C3) and, for the said Committees to undertake the necessary study and review the existing policies and guidelines governing the operation of such facility.
