RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0019 (Sponsor: Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron) "A RESOLUTION REFERRING TO THE COMMITTEE ON HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES THE MATTER OF ENCOURAGING ALL BARANGAYS OF THE CITY OF PAGADIAN TO CONDUCT REGULAR BLOODLETTING PROGRAM AS MANDATED UNDER CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2009-281," WHEREAS, City Ordinance No. 2009-281, otherwise known as the "City and Barangay Blood Council Ordinance," mandates all barangays to conduct regular bloodletting programs/activities as it encourages all barangay residents to become blood donors; WHEREAS, with the assumption of the new set of Council (13th City Council), this body finds it necessary to commission the concerned Committees to undertake necessary measure to ensure proper implementation of the said Ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to refer, as this body hereby refers to the Committee on Health and Social Services the matter of encouraging all barangays of the City of Pagadian to conduct Regular Bloodletting Program as mandated under City Ordinance No. 2009-281.
