Cagampang) "A RESOLUTION INVITING, IN AID OF LEGISLATION, ALL OFFICIALS OF THE BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF LOWER SIBATANG TO ATTEND THE 3RD REGULAR SESSION OF THE 13TH CITY COUNCIL OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD ON 17 JULY 2019 (WEDNESDAY) AT 9:00 0'CLOCK IN THE MORNING AT THE SP SESSION HALL, LEGISLATIVE BUILDING, SAGUN STREET, SAN FRANCISCO DISTRICT, PAGADIAN CITY, TO SHED LIGHT ON THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF THE RESIDENTS OF BARANGAY LOWER SIBATANG RELATIVE TO THE DAMAGED BARANGAY ROAD THEREAT" WHEREAS, this august body has received a letter-petition from the residents of Barangay Lower Sibatang with a request for the immediate construction, rehabilitation and/or repair of the damaged road thereat; WHEREAS, information has it that the road was allegedly damaged due to the frequent passing of heavy equipment owned by private individuals for their operation of quarry in the nearby areas, for which this body, finding the need to determine the veracity of the foregoing information, deems it imperative to invite all concerned barangay officials of Barangay Lower Sibatang to shed light on the matter, in aid of legislation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, be it RESOLVED to invite, as this body hereby invites, in aid of legislation, all officials of the Barangay Government of Lower Sibatang to attend the 3rd Regular Session of the 13th City Council of the Sangguniang Panlungsod on 17 July 2019 (Wednesday) at 9:00 0'clock in the morning at the SP Session Hall, Legislative Building, Sagun Street, San Francisco District, Pagadian City, to shed light on the matter of the petition of the residents of Barangay Lower Sibatang relative to the damaged barangay road thereat. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Sangguniang Barangay of Lower Sibatang, through its Barangay Chairman, for information and appropriate action.
