RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0002 (Sponsor: Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND APPROVING THE RESULTS OF THE ELECTION OF THE OFFICERS AND THE COMPOSITION OF THE STANDING COMMITTEES OF THIS SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD, WITH REFERENCE TO THE PROVISIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0001-THE INTERNAL RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE 13th CITY COUNCIL" WHEREAS, in pursuance to the provisions of Resolution No. 2019-0001, which established the Rules of Procedure of the 13th City Council, the officers of the Sangguniang Panlungsod were elected and the different standing committees organized and composed; WHEREAS, at this point, there is that need to confirm and approve the results thereof and put the same on official record; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M.
