Co "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-497, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING THE CITY ANTI-DANGEROUS DRUGS ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, DEFINING ITS FUNCTIONS AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR," AND THEREBY, IN EFFECT, RESCINDING AND ABROGATING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-497" Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (13th City Council) of Pagadian in session assembled, that: Section 1. Section 5 (Composition of the Administrative Board) of City Ordinance No. 2016-360 is hereby amended which shall now be read as follows: Composition of the Administrative Board Chairperson : City Mayor Vice Chairperson : City Chief of Police Members : City Vice Mayor : City Legal Officer : City Health Officer : Chairman, SP Committee on Police, Fire and Public Safety : Chairman, SP Committee on Youth Welfare, Juvenile Delinquency and Drug Abuse Prevention Section 2. Repealing Clause. City Ordinance No. 2017-392 and all previous Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance shall be deemed amended, modified and/or repealed accordingly. Section 3. Effectivity Clause. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
