ORDINANCE NO: 2021-488 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "AN ORDINANCE CREATING ADDITIONAL ONE HUNDRED (100) CASUAL PLANTILLA POSITIONS IN SPECIFIED DEPARTMENT/OFFICES WITHIN THE CITY GOVERNMENT AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR" Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (13th City Council) of Pagadian City in session assembled that: Section 1. - Position Created. - Additional One Hundred (100) casual personnel positions are hereby created and added to the current Personnel Schedule of the hereunder enumerated departments/offices of the City Government of Pagadian, broken down as follows, to wit: Office of the City Mayor (1011) Fifty (50) Casual Employees Office of the City Administrator (1031) Ten (10) Casual Employees City Legal Office (1131) Five (5) Casual Employees Pagadian City Infirmary (4421) Ten (10) Casual Employees Pagadian City Regional Center Management Coordinating Office (6542) Ten (10) Casual Employees City Social Welfare and Development Office (7611) Ten (10) Casual Employees City Agriculturist Office (8711) Five (5) Casual Employees Section 2. - Requirements on Education, Eligibility and Work Experience. - As basis in the appointment of personnel, the basic requirements for Education, Eligibility and Work Experience for the above-created positions shall be determined with reference to the existing Position Classification and Pay Plan of the Civil Service Commission. Section 3. - Compensation. - The salaries and other personal benefits of the newly created One Hundred (100) casual personnel positions with a compensation rate of Three Hundred Fifty-Seven (P357.00) Pesos per day or Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Four (P7,854.00) Pesos per month per employee covering the period September 01, 2021 to December 31, 2021 will be made available in the next Supplemental Budget of the City Government of Pagadian. Thereafter, funding for the salaries as well as the other personal benefits attached to the position shall be provided for in the Annual Budget of the department/offices concerned for the ensuing years. Section 4. - Effectivity. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
