ORDINANCE NO: 2018-409 (Sponsor: Committee on Ways and Means) "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V, SALARY GRADE 18, UNDER THE CITY BUDGET OFFICE, OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR" Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod 12th City Council of the City of Pagadian in session assembled, that;X Section 1. Position Created; Duties and Responsibilities. - The position of Administrative Officer V, Salary Grade 18, is hereby created and added to the current Personnel Schedule of the City Budget Office and shall be invested with the following duties and responsibilities, to wit: Controls Book of Accounts of the different offices under the General Fund and Special Education Fund; Obligates received ObRs; Prepares data for Statement of Appropriation, Allotment and Obligation for Monthly Report; Prepares data of monthly actual obligations by object; Computerize monthly report; Section 2. Requirements on Education, Eligibility and Work Experience. - Pursuant to the Position Classification and Pay Plan of the Civil Service Commission, the following basic requirements as basis for appointment to the position shall be satisfied: Education: Bachelor's Degree Eligibility: CS Professional 2nd level Work Experience: Three (3) years experience; and Training: Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training. Section 3. Funding Allocation. - The total amount of Two Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Six (P277,766.00) Pesos is hereby made available to fund the said position covering the period from July 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 and shall be taken from the salary savings from the regular vacant position of Administrative Aide II, Salary Grade 3, and Administrative Aide II, Salary Grade 2, under the Plantilla of Personnel of the City Budget Office. Section 4. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
