ORDINANCE NO: 2018-404 (Author: Honorable Ricardo S. Alajeno) "AN ORDINANCE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A CURFEW AS PROVIDED FOR IN CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2018-404 FOR THE PERIOD UNTIL 25 JUNE 2018" Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (12th City Council) of Pagadian City in session assembled that: SECTION 1. Purpose. - This Ordinance is enacted primarily to give residents, visitors and guests the opportunity to witness, enjoy and/or participate in the different activities programmed for the celebration of the 49th Araw ng Pagadian without fear of violating the existing curfew ordinance of the city. SECTION 2. Period of Suspension. - The imposition of the provisions of City Ordinance No. 2017-378, entitled: "An Ordinance Implementing a Curfew within the Territorial Jurisdiction of the City of Pagadian and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof" is hereby temporarily suspended until 25 June 2018. SECTION 3. Information Dissemination. - The Information Division, Office of the City Mayor, shall cause the widest dissemination of the Ordinance for the guidance of the general public. SECTION 4. Effectivity. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon approval. ENACTED AND APPROVED by the 12th City Council of Pagadian City during its 14th Special Session held on 11 June 2018 at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall, Pagadian City.
