ORDINANCE NO: 2018-403 Sponsored by the Committees on Laws, Rules & Policy Formulation & on Ways and Means) "AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING/MODIFYING CITY ORDINANCE 2009-288, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GUIDELINES AND POLICIES GOVERNING THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION; PARTICULARLY SECTION 1 OF ARTICLE V THEREOF"" Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod 12th City Council of the City of Pagadian in session assembled, that; Section 1. -Section 1 of Article V of City Ordinance No. 2009-288, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing The Guidelines And Policies Governing The Operation And Management Of The City Commercial Center Of The City Government Of Pagadian And Imposing Penalties For Violation Thereof, is hereby amended to read as follows, to wit; "Section 1. - Administration. The C3 administration shall be under the control of the Office of the City Mayor during the transition period of Fifteen (15) years after which the administration and control shall be transferred to the Office of the City Economic Enterprise." Section 2. Repealing Clause - All ordinances, rules, and regulations, or parts thereof, in conflict with or inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. Section 3. Effectivity Clause - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval by the Sangguniang Panlungsod.
