ORDINANCE NO: 2017-392 Sponsor: Committee on Police, Fire & Public Safety "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 (COMPOSITION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD) OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2016 - 360, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING THE CITY ANTI-DANGEROUS DRUGS ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, DEFINING ITS FUNCTIONS AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR" Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (12th City Council) of Pagadian City in session assembled, that: Section 1. Section 5 (Composition of the Administrative Board) of City Ordinance No. 2016-360 is hereby amended which shall now be read as follows: "Composition of the Administrative Board. Chairperson : City Health Officer 2. Members : City Legal Officer : Local Chief of Police" Section 2. Repealing Clause. All previous Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance shall be deemed amended, modified or repealed accordingly. Section 3.Effectivity Clause. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately after fifteen (15) days following the Publication in a local newspaper of general circulation. ENACTED AND APPROVED by the 12th City Council of Pagadian City during its 59th Regular Session held on 24 October 2017 at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall, Pagadian City.
