ORDINANCE NO: 2017-376 Co-Sponsors: Committee on Laws, Rules & Policy Formulation Committee on Good Government, Ethics and Civil Service Committee on Finance and Appropriations "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF RECORDS OFFICER III, SALARY GRADE 18, IN THE CITY LEGAL OFFICE OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN; DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION; AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF." Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (12th City Council) of Pagadian City in session assembled that: SECTION 1. - There is hereby created and added to the current Personnel Schedule in the City Legal Office of the City Government of Pagadian the position of Records Officer III, Salary Grade 18, with the herein specified duties, functions and responsibilities, to wit: Mail/Communications processing - receive, sort, open, records and distribute incoming communications and process outgoing communications; Files incoming and outgoing communications; Prepares contract, agreements, deeds and the like; Draft court pleadings; Create and Maintain indentures (register, create and file) i.e Agreements, Contracts, Deeds and the like; Retrieve files; Does other functions as required; SECTION 2. - Qualifications. As basis in the appointment of personnel, the basic requirements for Education, Eligibility and Work Experience for each of the above-created positions shall be determined with reference to the existing Position Classification and Pay Plan of the Civil Service Commission. SECTION 3. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
