Marcaban) "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BY ADDITION CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2017-375 KNOWN AS "AN ORDINANCE SETTING A REVISED STANDARD FOR QUALIFICATION, ACCREDITATION, MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF NON-GOVERNMENT PEOPLES AND PRIVATE SECTOR, ORGANIZATIONS IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN PARTICULARLY SECTION 5, PARAGRAPH (A) BY ADDING ITEM NOS. 10 & 11 THEREIN" SECTION 1: Section 5, Paragraph (a) is hereby amended by adding Item No. 10 & 11 as follows: "SECTION 5. Call for Application. The Sangguniang Panlungsod, within 30 days from the organization of the incoming City Council, shall call all the community-based POs and NGOs, including business & professional groups to apply for accreditation for membership in the Local Special Bodies and availment of privileges. The Application shall include the following documents, to wit: 1) xxx 2) xxx 3) xxx 4) xxx 5) xxx 6) xxx 7) xxx 8) xxx 9) xxx 10) Endorsement from the Barangay Council in a form of resolution attesting to the existence and operation of the association and/or cooperative as an organization of good standing in the community. SECTION 2. Repealing Clause. All ordinance or parts thereof contrary or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. SECTION 3. Effectivity. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
