ORDINANCE NO: 2017-369 Co-Sponsors: Committee on Ways and Means; Committee on Finance and Appropriations; and Committee on Laws, Rules, & Policy Formulation "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V, SALARY GRADE 18, IN THE BUS TERMINAL DIVISION OF THE CITY ECONOMIC ENTERPRISES DEPARTMENT; DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION" Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (12th City Council) of Pagadian City in session assembled that: Section 1. Creation. - The position of Administrative Officer V, Salary Grade 18, is hereby created as an additional personnel position in the Integrated Bus Terminal Operations Division, City Economic Enterprises Department, and shall be vested with the herein functions, duties and responsibilities, to wit: Perform supervisory functions over the entire operation of the bus terminal facility and coordinate personnel administrative functions relevant thereto; Supervise the collections of rentals of stalls, parking fees and such other imposable fees and charges as may be authorized by law or ordinance; Plan out and adopt measures for the safety and protection of the riding public; Organize all stall owners, drivers and laborers operating thereat and orient them on the safety measures instituted for the facility including such policies adopted and established for the full implementation of R.A. 9003, the Ecological Waste Management. Do other related work as required. Section 2. Qualifications; Eligibility, Education; and Experience. - The appointee to the position must necessarily possess such qualifications as determined and defined in the Position Classification and Pay Plan of the Civil Service Commission. Section 3. - Funding for the position as herein created will be provided for from sources as may be recommended by the Local Finance Committee, approved by the City Chief Executive and authorized by the Sangguniang Panlungsod through an Ordinance. Section 4. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
