ORDINANCE NO: 2016-357 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance & Appropriations) "AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING BUDGET CIRCULAR NO. 2016-3 DATED 28 APRIL 2016 ON THE SUBJECT: RULES AND REGULATIONS ON THE GRANT OF THE MID-YEAR BONUS FOR FY-2016 AND APPROVING THE UTILIZATION OF THE CURRENT APPROPRIATIONS FOR YEAR-END BONUS OF ALL OFFICES/DEPARTMENTS AS PROVIDED FOR UNDER ACCOUNT NO. 725 TO PAY THE SAME" BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Pagadian (11th City Council) of Pagadian City in session assembled; SECTION 1. Budget Circular No. 2016-3 dated 28 April 2016 issued by the Department of Budget and Management on the subject: "Rules and Regulations on the Grant of the Mid-Year Bonus for FY 2016" is hereby adopted and implemented in the City Government of Pagadian. SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying the benefits granted to all qualified recipients under the above-cited Budget Circular, all existing appropriations under Account No. 725 of the different offices of the City Government departments/offices is hereby made available to pay for the same. SECTION 3. Effectivity. - This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval. ENACTED AND APPROVED by the 11th City Council of Pagadian City during its 116th Regular Session held on 31 May 2016 at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall, Pagadian City.
