ORDINANCE NO: 2015-353 (Authored by: Honorable Bienvenido C. Culve) "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4, PARAGRAPH (C ) OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2015-353, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE GUIDELINES ON THE GRANT OF SCHOLARSHIP AND EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE BENEFITS UNDER THE CITY GOVERNMENT'S EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM"" BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Pagadian (11th City Council) of Pagadian City in session assembled; SECTION 1. Section 4, Paragraph (c) of City Ordinance No. 2003-236 is hereby amended and shall now be read as follows: "SECTION 4. x-x-x-x-x-x .... x-x-x-x-x-x .... Education Assistance Benefits. Student-grantees obtaining final grades ranging from 80% to 84.99% per subject shall be eligible to receive educational assistance of up to a maximum of Five Thousand (P5,000.00) Pesos per semester. Section 2. Repealing Clause. - All ordinances or parts thereof contrary or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed and/or modified accordingly. Section 3. Effectivity. - This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval. ENACTED AND APPROVED by the 11th City Council of Pagadian City during its 71st Regular Session held on 24 March 2015 at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall, Pagadian City.
