Culve) "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2015-347 KNOWN AS "AN ORDINANCE SETTING A REVISED STANDARD FOR THE QUALIFICATION, ACCREDITATION, MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF NON-GOVERNMENT PEOPLES AND PRIVATE SECTOR ORGANIZATIONS IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN PARTICULARLY SECTION 5, PARAGRAPH (A) BY ADDING AN ITEM NO. 9 THEREIN" Be It Ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Pagadian (11th City Council) of Pagadian City in session assembled; SECTION 1. Section 5, Paragraph (a) is hereby amended by adding Item No. 9, which shall now be read as follows: "SECTION 5. x-x-x- x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x Copies of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearances of all Officers and Board of Directors of the Association/Organization." SECTION 2. Repealing Clause. - All ordinance or parts thereof contrary or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. SECTION 3. Effectivity. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
