ORDINANCE NO: 2012-330 "AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING THE COMPOSITION OF THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3) BOARD AS PROVIDED UNDER SECTION 1, ARTICLE 7 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2012-330, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GUIDELINES AND POLICIES GOVERNING THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" AS AMENDED" Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (10th City Council) of Pagadian City in session assembled that: WHEREAS, provisions for the operation and maintenance of the City Commercial Center (C3) is governed by City Ordinance No. 2009-288 which stipulates, among others, the constitution of the C3 Board under Section 1 of Article 7; WHEREAS, in the course of current operation of the C3, it is observed that the technical and managerial expertise of the City Accountant and the City Budget Officer are found to be of vital importance in addressing concerns and in formulating plans and programs to enhance the financial viability of the facility hence their inclusion in the C3 Board is deemed imperative; NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (10th City Council) in session assembled that: Section 1. - The composition of the C3 Board as provided under Section 1, Article 7 of City Ordinance No. 2009-288, as amended, is hereby modified by including in the membership thereof the City Budget Officer and the City Accountant. Section 2. - Pursuant to the above-stated provision, Section 1, Article 7 of City Ordinance No. 2009-288, as amended by City Ordinance No. 2011-325, is hereby amended and modified accordingly. Section 3. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
