ORDINANCE NO: 2011-325 "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 UNDER ARTICLE 7 (COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD) OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2011-325, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GUIDELINES AND POLICIES GOVERNING THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (10th City Council) of Pagadian City in session assembled that: WHEREAS, the operation and maintenance of the City Commercial Center (C3) is governed by City Ordinance No. 2009-288 which provides, among others, the constitution of the C3 Board under Section 1 of Article 7, principally to implement the provisions of the ordinance; WHEREAS, the operation of the C3 has been formally launched and it has been observed that a variety of unforeseen concerns which are cropping up require prompt action such that the need is felt to modify/amend the composition of the Board to better look into and address such demands to improve, if not perfect, the operation of the facility; NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (10th City Council) in session assembled that: Section 1. - Section 1 under Chapter 7 of City Ordinance No. 2009-288 is hereby amended/modified by increasing the composition of the C3 Board to include, among others, thereof the total membership of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, as members. Section 2. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
