ORDINANCE NO: 2011-324 "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 4 (COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD) OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2011-324, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR INCENTIVES TO PROSPECTIVE AND EXISTING INVESTORS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (10th City Council) of Pagadian City in session assembled that: WHEREAS, City Ordinance No. 2002-206 was passed, enacted and approved by this Sanggunian purposely to establish appropriate guidelines in attracting investors and existing local entrepreneurs to venture into pre-identified priority areas by offering incentive packages and boost the economy of the city;
