ORDINANCE NO: 2009-292 (Sponsor: Committee on Good Government, Ethics and Civil Service) "AN ORDINANCE CREATING UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION OF THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ASSESSOR THE POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER IV, SALARY GRADE 15/1" Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (9th City Council) of Pagadian City in session assembled that: SECTION 1. CREATION.- There is hereby created the position of Administrative Officer IV, Salary Grade 15/1, in the Administrative Division of the Office of the City Assessor which shall be invested with the corresponding primary duties, functions and responsibilities, viz: Basic Functions: Under general supervision, plans, directs and/or coordinates all administrative service functions: e.g. human resource administration, budget preparation, supply and procurement, reports and communications. Administers/executes policies of the department, especially those that pertains to human resource development and employee discipline. Does other related works as required. SECTION 2. QUALIFICATIONS.- The basic requirements on education, work experience, training and eligibility for the herein created position shall be governed by applicable policies, guidelines, rules and regulations of the Civil Service Commission pertinent thereto. SECTION 3. FUND ALLOCATION.- To initially fund the position the total amount of Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Six (P30,576.00) Pesos is to be reverted from the personal appropriation of Item 3, Administrative Officer IV G-18/1, City Assessor's Office, (Account No. 1101) and thereafter appropriated for the salary and other benefits attached thereto effective November 1, 2009. The succeeding year's appropriations shall then be correspondingly provided for under the budget of the Office. SECTION 4.- This Ordinance shall take effect November 1, 2009.
