ORDINANCE NO: 2009-287 "AN ORDINANCE CREATING IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY AGRICULTURIST THE POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER IV, SALARY GRADE 15" Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (9th City Council) of Pagadian City in session assembled that: SECTION 1. - Creation. There is hereby created the position of Administrative Officer IV (Salary Grade 15) in the Office of the City Agriculturist which shall be invested with the corresponding primary duties, functions and responsibilities, viz: Under general supervision, plans, directs and/or coordinates all administrative service functions: e.g., human resource administration, budget preparation, supply and procurement, records and communications. Administers/executes policies of the department, especially those that pertains to human resource development and employee discipline Does other related work as required. SECTION 2. - Qualifications. The basic requirements on education, work experience, training and eligibility for the above-cited positions shall be governed by applicable policies, guidelines, rules and regulations of the Civil Service Commission pertinent thereto. SECTION 5. - Effectivity. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
