ORDINANCE NO: 2003-235 "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2003-235 BY ADDING SUBSIDIARY PROVISION THERETO AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 7TH CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAGADIAN IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT: SECTION 1. Section 6 of City Ordinance No. 2001-190, "An Ordinance Providing For The Management, Operation And Maintenance Of The Integrated Bus Terminal Along The Mayor B.F. Arao Avenue, Pagadian City; Creating The Integrated Bus Terminal Management Committee; Defining Its Duties And Responsibilities; Fixing The Fees For Other Purposes", is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 6. Time, Place and Manner of Meeting. Unless otherwise called by written notice of the City Mayor, the Committee shall meet once a month at such place and time as may be determined and agreed upon by committee. In the event the City Mayor, being the Chairman of the IBT Committee, fails, for one reason or the other, to call a meeting at the instance of the members of the Committee and after due notice has been served him of such scheduled meeting, the Vice Mayor, being the Vice-Chairman, shall pursue and preside over such meeting at the time and place agreed upon by the Committee." SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
