ORDINANCE NO: 2003-222 "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2003-222, PARTICULARLY SECTION 4 PARAGRAPH 4.5 THEREOF, THEREBY TRANSFERRING THE LIVESTOCK DIVISION INCLUDING ITS FUNCTIONS AS PROVIDED UNDER SUB PARAGRAPHS 4.B.1, 4.B.2 AND 4.B.3 OF THE SAME SECTION FROM THE OFFICE OF THE CITY VETERINARIAN TO THE CITY AGRICULTURE OFFICE" BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 7TH CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAGADIAN IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT: SECTION 1. Section 4 paragraph 4.b of City Ordinance No. 2001-201 is hereby amended by deleting therein the following paragraphs: "the Livestock Division of the City Agriculture Office shall be devolved, then transferred and reconstituted as this division is placed under the Office of the City Veterinarian." Specifically, the Division shall deal with matters pertaining to the provision of technical assistance to farmers groups or individuals particularly in: 4.b.1 x x x x x x x 4.d.2 x x x x x x x 4.b.3 x x x x x x x SECTION 2. In effect, upon the effectivity of this Ordinance, the Livestock Division including its other functions as provided under sub-paragraphs 4.b.1, 4.b.2 and 4.b.3 of paragraph 4.b, Section 4 of City Ordinance No. 2001-201 as deleted therefrom devolved and transferred to the City Agriculture Office. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
