ORDINANCE NO: 2002-218 "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2002-218 ENTITLED: 'AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING REGULATIONS AND PROVIDING FOR LEVY, ASSESSMENT, COLLECTION AND PAYMENT OF TAXES, FEES CHARGES AND OTHER IMPOSITIONS FOR SERVICES RENDERED WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF PAGADIAN' PARTICULARLY CHAPTER XXXV, SECTION 285 AND CHAPTER XXXVI, SECTION 290" BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Pagadian City in Session assembled that: SECTION 1. - Section 285 of Chapter XXXV of City Ordinance No. 2002-218 is hereby amended to read as follows: Zoning Ordinance Approval 75.00 SECTION 2. Section 290 of Chapter XXXVI of the same ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 290. Imposition of Fees and Charges. There is hereby levied the following rates of fees and charges for the processing and approval of subdivision plans for residential, commercial, industrial, and other development purposes within the City of Pagadian: I. SUBDIVISION AND CONDOMINIUM PROJECTS/ACTIVITIES (Under P.D. 957) A. Approval of Subdivision Plan (including townhouses) 1. Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) a. For the first five (5) hectares 250.00 /ha. b. For every additional hectare or fraction thereof 100.00 /ha. 2. Final Approval and Development Permit a. For every hectare regardless of density 1,200.00 b. For every square meter on floor area of houses or buildings sold with the lot 2.00 3. Inspection Fee (per hectare regardless of density) 500.00 4. Alteration Plan (affected areas only) (Same as Final Approval & Development Permit) Zoning Ordinance Approval 75.00 SECTION 3. Separability Clause. - If any provision or part of this Ordinance shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid, the same shall not affect the constitutionality or validity of the other provisions of this Ordinance. SECTION 4. Repealing Clause. - All ordinances or resolutions which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly. SECTION 5. Effectivity. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval, and after proper dissemination of the same is made. ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (7th City Council) of Pagadian City by virtue of Resolution No. 2002-1307 as adopted during its 59th Regular Session held on November 6, 2002 at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall.
