ORDINANCE NO: 2002-203 "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITIONS OF DENTIST II, GRADE 13/1, IN THE PAGADIAN CITY HOSPITAL (DANLUGAN) AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR" BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Pagadian City, that: Section 1. Creation. There is hereby created and incorporated in the Plantilla of Personnel of the Pagadian City Hospital (Danlugan) the position of Dentist II, Grade 13/1, with a salary rate of One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand and Forty-Four (P142,044.00) Pesos per annum Section 2. Funding. For the purpose of filling up the position, the initial appropriation for the salary and other personnel benefits due to the would-be appointee of the above-created plantilla item shall be taken from the appropriation savings of Item No. 2 (Administrative Officer II, Grade 15/1) of the Personnel Schedule of the Pagadian City Hospital (Danlugan), Account No. 0000-4421. Henceforth, the corresponding amount for the salary and such other benefits appended to the position shall be regularly incorporated in the annual budget of the City of Pagadian. Section 3. Effectivity. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately after all the legal requisites stipulated in Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the "Local Government Code of 1991" shall have been satisfied. ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (7th City Council) of Pagadian City on its 30th Regular Session held on March 6, 2002 at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall.
