ORDINANCE NO: 2002-202 "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITIONS OF TRANSPORTATION REGULATION OFFICER II, CLERK III AND CLERK I FOR THE MOTORIZED REGULATORY SECTION UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR" WHEREAS, City Ordinance No. 2002-202, as amended, which provides for the creation/establishment of the Motorized Tricycle Franchising Regulatory Unit which will be manned by an MTFRU Head and a Service/Records Clerk as not incorporated into the previous Executive Budgets ever since its approval; WHEREAS, under the current Executive Budget there is already the Motorized Regulatory Section under the Office of the City Mayor which would hopefully serve this porpose(s) yet the personnel of the same is utterly lacking because this office has now to attend to the operation of the 2,850 motorized tricycles plying our City, hence, the urgent need to augment the personnel of the aforesaid section by creating the positions of Transportation Regulation Officer II, Clerk III and Clerk I; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Pagadian City in session assembled, that: Section 1. Creation. There is hereby created the positions of Transportation Regulation Officer II, Clerk III and Clerk I, under the Office of the City Mayor for the Motorized Regulatory Section. Section 2. Effectivity. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval. ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (7th City Council) of Pagadian City on its 30th Regular Session held on March 6, 2002 at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall.
