ORDINANCE NO: 1999-170 " AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 1999-170 AS AMENDED BY CITY ORDINANCE NO. 1999-170 PARTICULARLY SECTIONS 4b, 4B(3), 5B, 8B, 10, 14, 17, 18, 23C, 25 AND 26 THEREOF" Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Pagadian in session assembled, that: Section 1.- The following Sections and paragraphs of City Ordinance No. 1993-110 as amended by the City Ordinance No. 1997-141 are hereby amended to read: SECTION 4.b. Duties: "In consultation/coordination with the MTRB (Motorized Tricycle Regulatory Board), shall do the following: SECTION 4.b.3: "3) Submit all processed applications for MTC Franchise with all the supporting prescribed documents to the MTRB for approval per provisions under Section 5B, paragraph 1." SECTION 5. paragraph B, sub-paragraph 2: "2. In pursuance of the above-mandate, the MTRB (Motorized Tricycle Regulatory Board) shall conduct a periodic inspection to monitor the operator/driver's religious compliance of the traffic rules and regulations as well as assists the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the conduct of the Annual Safety Inspection/Check up as provided for in section 23(c) of the ordinance." SECTION 8.B SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
