ORDINANCE NO: 1999-163 WHEREAS, on January 28, 1991 the month of February of every year has been declared as "Civil Registration Month" by virtue of Presidential Proclamation No. 682; WHEREAS, by this proclamation, all local government units are encouraged to fittingly observe the occasion with activities which will inculcate consciousness among the people their civic and patriotic duty of promptly registering with the government as mandated by law; SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval. ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (6th City Council) of Pagadian City on its 39th Regular Session held on April 21, 1999 at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall.
