ORDINANCE NO: 1998-147 "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING A PORTION OF F. DUTERTE STREET (JUNCTION P. L. URRO STREET - BROCA STREET) AS ONE WAY TRAFFIC STREET DURING SUNDAYS ON MASS HEARING AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" Be It Ordained By The Sangguniang Panlungsod Of Pagadian City, That: SECTION 1. The following portion of F. Duterte Street is declared a one way traffic street from 7:15 o'clock in the morning until 12:00 noon on Sundays, viz: F. Duterte Street between P. L. Urro Street to Broca Street with entrance at Broca Street. SECTION 2. Penalty. Any violation of this Ordinance shall subject the offending driver to the confiscation of his/her driver's license and the issuance of the corresponding Temporary Operator's Permit (TOP) and such other fines and penalties imposed under existing traffic rules, regulations and/or ordinances. SECTION 3. All existing ordinances inconsistent with Section 1 hereof are hereby repealed and/or modified. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval. ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (6th City Council) of Pagadian City during its 6th Regular Session held on August 12, 1998 at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall, Pagadian City.
